The short story is that \u003Cem>Country Living\u003C/em> EIC Rachel couldn't resist when she saw a real estate listing for this Mississippi farmhouse that dated back to the 1930s.  Something told her to check it out and despite the fact that the property had seen better days, \u003Cem>\u003Cstrong>Rachel knew she was working with something special. \u003C/strong>\u003C/em>\u003C/span>\r\n\u003Cblockquote>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: center;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: opensans-regular;\">\u003Cstrong>\"This house is designed to make you slow down and relax...it's like a Southern drawl come to life.\" \u003Cem>--Holly Audrey Williams says in \u003C/em>Country Living\u003Cem> Magazine\u003C/em>\u003C/strong>\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\r\n\u003C/blockquote>\r\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: opensans-regular;\">The house had beautiful old wood paneling, a circular gravel drive, and a spacious foyer and mudroom. What Rachel and Holly did with this farmhouse's entryway room and mud room is truly the ultimate manifestation of that rule.\u003C/span>\r\n\r\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: opensans-regular;\">I love how the foyer is styled with a mix of \u003Cem>\u003Cstrong>real antlers, unique antiques, and practical pieces\u003C/strong>\u003C/em> like rustic woven catch-all baskets and faux bois umbrella holders. Plus, the use of the \u003Cem>\u003Cstrong>console table as a DIY home bar?\u003C/strong>\u003C/em> Genius! \u003C/span>\r\n\u003Cblockquote>\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: center;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: opensans-regular;\">\u003Cstrong>\"The idea of welcoming guests with a festive beverage the moment they walk in is just the epitome of Southern hospitality if you ask me!\"\u003C/strong>\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\r\n\u003C/blockquote>\r\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: opensans-regular;\">Finally, as a mom myself, I so deeply \u003Cem>\u003Cstrong>appreciate how amazing this mudroom is\u003C/strong>\u003C/em>! Regardless of whether you live in Mississippi or NYC, kids are going to have lots of stuff and need somewhere to put it so it doesn't pile up all over the house.
